The staff are well-intentioned but need more training, leading to some disorganization in service. The dining options can become repetitive, especially with meals being served in one venue. The rooms, while decent, show signs of age and could benefit from updates.

It's a mixed bag, but the beautiful gardens and exceptional service during events stand out.
